How to take your measurements?
Have you chosen a model with sizes? You will find the detailed measurements on the model description.
To choose a model, you can generally base yourself on your usual size. If you don't know or want to be sure not to make a mistake, you should measure a reference garment flat with a tape measure. This measurement is taken flat under the arms, where the chest is strongest, then at the waist, also the length of the sleeves and finally the height of the back. As shown in the attached drawing.
However, also take into account the elasticity of the materials: a mesh material in particular will soften over time to adapt to your body and your movements. A textile jacket will stretch less over time, so opt for a size that allows you some freedom of movement at the risk of feeling cramped.
